    What is the minimum shirt order?

    Whether you’re outfitting thousands or starting with our minimum of 8, we deliver the same commitment to quality, consistency, and detail.

    What is the minimum hat order?

    Our standard embroidery minimum is 8 hats. Like shirts, we can accommodate small runs, but we also specialize in large-scale bulk orders with consistent quality from first to last stitch.

    How much does a custom order cost?

    Every project is unique, and pricing is based on the garment style, decoration method, and order quantity. Small runs and specialty items are priced differently than large bulk orders, but in every case we’ll provide a clear, detailed quote before production begins. Our goal is to match your vision and budget while ensuring premium quality.

    Do you offer design services?

    Yes. We don’t just print and embroider—we’re a creative apparel studio. Our team can refine your existing artwork or create something entirely new, from standout apparel design to complete brand identity systems. Logos, color palettes, visual guidelines—whatever the need, we make sure your brand shows up with creativity, consistency, and impact.

    Can you build a merch store for my business, team, or event?

    Yes—every client gets a FREE custom merch store. From large-scale rollouts to one-off creative projects, we’ll build a store that fits your needs. Stores can be private for your team or public to sell merch and raise money. Your store makes it simple to bring ideas to life and ensures everyone has easy access to your gear.

    What can I customize?

    We offer a wide range of customization options—everything from apparel (shirts, hats, hoodies, polos, jackets, totes) to finishing details like woven labels, hem tags, patches, and specialty packaging. Beyond apparel, we also produce branded merchandise such as stickers, drinkware, posters, and glassware, giving you a complete solution to bring your vision to life.

    Preferred File Types

    For the best results, send artwork as .ai, .eps, or .svg files. These formats keep your lines crisp, colors true, and details production-ready for both print and embroidery. We can work from other files like .jpg, .png, or .pdf, but additional setup or redraw costs may apply.

    We source from top suppliers like Adidas, American Apparel, AS Colour, Bella+Canvas, Champion, Comfort Colors, Flexfit, Gildan, Independent, LAT, Los Angeles Apparel, Next Level, Nike, Richardson, TravisMathew, and Under Armour. From everyday staples to premium cuts, we’ll match you with the perfect fit.

    How long do custom orders take to deliver?

    Our standard turnaround is 10–15 days after artwork approval. Rush services are available if you need your gear faster.

    Do you charge for shipping?

    Free standard shipping is included on all custom orders within the United States. Orders under $300 may incur a small freight charge.
