Founder || Creative Director

Jeremy Symons is the founder and creative director of Ambitious Supply Co. A designer since 1998 and founder of Yooper Shirts (est. 2009), he brings more than 25 years of experience in design, branding, and apparel production. His portfolio spans regional apparel companies, organizational partnerships, university collaborations, and large-scale events, establishing him as a leader in both creative direction and apparel solutions.

Jeremy’s ties to Palm Springs stretch back to the 1980s, with formative stays in the desert throughout his late teens and early twenties, a place that continually drew him back until he purchased a home in the desert in 2019. Today, he brings decades of creative expertise together with the Valley’s energy to shape a studio built on premium apparel, bold branding, and lasting community partnerships, while also expanding into collegiate sports events in the Valley and projects in L.A.

Sales Representative

Dylan Spencer is the sales representative for Ambitious Supply Co. and Yooper Shirts, bringing more than a decade of hands-on experience in custom apparel. He started in production, moved into retail management, and worked his way up to sales, learning every step of the process along the way.

Dylan has spent years building relationships with clients, coordinating orders, and making sure every project runs smoothly from concept to delivery. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, he’s the go-to contact for all custom apparel and client relations. His background gives him a rare understanding of how great products are made — and what it takes to keep customers coming back.

Justin Lemus serves as Ambitious Supply Co.’s sales representative, connecting the studio with businesses and organizations across California. With 17 years of experience in business development, sales, and leadership, he has built a career spanning consumer apparel, custom products, and emerging technologies.

Before joining Ambitious, Justin led West Coast sales for Alternative Apparel, where he worked with fashion brands, bands, and entertainment companies, helping them bring their ideas to life through apparel. He has also founded and scaled multiple startups, partnering with companies from early-stage ventures to Fortune 500s.

A San Jose native, Justin is passionate about connecting West Coast businesses with creative apparel solutions that make their brand stand out. He focuses on building long-term relationships throughout the Bay Area, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, San Diego, and beyond — helping Ambitious Supply Co. bring premium apparel and branding solutions to a wider audience.
